I am a fully certified Professional Counsellor and Trauma Psychotherapist therapist working in Hornchurch, Romford, East London. I’m here to support you in finding yourself and realize your full potential. If you’re feeling lost or stressed, I’ll work with you in finding ways to move forward in a mindful manner.

There are many reasons why people come to therapy and it can often be a difficult decision to make. My role as your therapist is to create a trusting atmosphere where you can be heard, seen and valued for who you are.
